Best wishes, Terri

Sigh. Poor Terri Irwin. Steve's public memorial today appropriately included video of his television appearances as well as outtakes of Steve falling from boats, being bitten by critters, forgetting lines, etc. No doubt he would've encouraged laughter over tears. Terri just looks devastated though, and who can blame her.

This was really tough to watch.
His 5-year-old daughter is adorable and intelligent, and she read her lines of eulogy beautifully; and his young son is the spitting image of his father.

Be assured I cried my way through this one.

That boy does look just like him, doesn't he? Oh, it's so sad. :(

She looks so utterly devastated.

I have to admit that I am worried about Terri. To lose a soulmate -- and I do believe that they were ture soul mates -- is to wander around only half-alive.

I hope she has good people around her to help her when she needs it.

Similarly, as impressed as I am with Bindi, I hope people don't push her too hard, too fast, to be just like her dad.

I hadn't seen Sherry Irwin since I heard of Steve's demise. She really does look devastated.

I never watched it [work] and when they repeated it that night I was shopping. But did see snatches of it on the news...the utter look of devastation and loss on her face is just heart breaking. sad, so sad.

I still feel Steve is there in Brisbane. Unbelievable but true
