How about some GOOD television

Judge Judy case from Thursday

Ah, it's so beautiful when those scales of justice balance...

The funniest thing about this case for me is how she utilizes the gallery, because normally she HATES them. All she usually does with the gallery is yell at them to be quiet or have Byrd eject them. Maybe this marks the beginning of a new understanding.

Judge Judy's a riot, but I can only take her in small doses. Sometimes she seems so preoccupied with trying to be entertaining that she's barely listening to the case before her.

I think retirement's looming on the horizon for her, but in the meantime she definitely can make me laugh.

Just to clear the air: The news bug that appears in this video concerning the area teacher who "cultivates more than students' minds" or whatever? Not me.

It did rain a lot that day, though.
