That's right! I understand what love is, bitches.
I promise this blog won't devolve into an "all quizzes, all the time!" bullshit thing, but I ran across The Robin Hood Morality Test this morning and decided to link it. It has been around for years, so many of you have seen it before.
I'll post my answer in a comment if you'll post yours . . .

I chose Maid Marion and then Little John without hesitation.
Marion (to me) is the only one who does nothing immoral. She saves Robin's ungrateful ass the only way she can. If she had done it throwing herself in front of a bullet (arrow?) he'd be praising her as a martyr. She's still a martyr, just one who's uncomfortably (for him) alive.
John doesn't do anything terrible, but I'm not entirely pleased with his jumping in when Marion is vulnerable and offering himself as her rebound.
After that I go back and forth, but I usually land with The Sheriff next, since even though he's a vile rapist he at least does keep his word and let Robin go.
Robin, on the other hand, can kiss my ass. He's a whiny bitch who makes Marion's sacrifice all about himself in the worst possible way.
My review does say that I consider myself "a little superior." (Hmmmm.) But I also "understand what love is," so I've got that going for me. Which is nice.
Little John: he knows what matters and goes for it
Marion: she knows what matters and doesn't have any good options
Sherriff: a neandrethal who thinks he knows what matters
Robin: a neandrethal who only thinks he matters.
This is yet another story of mismatched couples. Clearly Marion and Little John belong together as do
Robin and the Sheriff.
Yes, Robin and the Sheriff might enjoy playing their power game together.
doesn't look good, I like your reading.
thanks. "doesn't look good" was really "you probably know who." complete off the cuff response. hard to imagine that robin could end up anywhere but at the bottom of anybody's list--except bryant gumbles's...
Maid Marion, Little John, Sheriff, Robin Hood
